Mehfil-E- Bibi Fatema (a.s)

The Mehfil-e-Bibi Fatema lies opposite the ksikj mosque,a property belonging to Peera Walli. After the 1964 revolution, all the family changed their abode and left their property to no one thus absente owners.
Government Law promugulated by President Decree stated that the properties of absentee Owners is to be vested in the government. The property due to neglect of maintenance collapsed totally thus autimatically open land was vested to government.
Later on, kuwwat jamat applied to the government for allocation of the said land together with collapsed house debris to enable to clear the site and construct a Mehfil to be known as Mehfil-e-Bibi Fatema (a.s). The proposal was approved and the kuwwat jamat were officially granted the site.
Due to lack of funds for development, they acquired funds through donation from well wishers thus Mehfil-e-Bibi Fatima plus an apartment for Resident Aalim was also constructed.
Later was run by Mulla Bibi Zara (Mrs. Sayed Ali Akber Shustari) of the famed Sayad Hussein Shusteri family of Persian descent. It was said to have existed since the days of Agha Sayad Hussein and signified the merger between the khojas and the Aghas.
The structure has a capacity for two additional floors but lack of finance handicaps the additional development.
